Celebrated by AdAge as Data and Insights Agency of the Year, U.S Campaign's Brand Experience Agency of the Year, Media Network of the Year and celebrated by Forrester and Gartner, Digitas serves the world's leading brands through a global network comprised of more than 5,500 employees across over 65 offices in 43 countries.The Digitas culture is made up of fearless, inventive and generous Unicorns of all kinds.ResponsibilitiesLeading a team of Data Ops Analysts and Senior Analysts through their day to day responsibilities, ensuring their growth as they progress through their career.Where applicable, guiding the data engineering team to ensure high data quality as they design, build, and maintain critical data pipelinesReviewing and assisting analysts with SQL scripts and dataflows in data wrangling tools like Alteryx or Google DataprepOverseeing the design and execution of data quality checks and remediation of data quality across marketing data systems while ensuring full understanding of client deliverablesMaintaining ongoing management and stewardship of data governance, processing, and reportingOverseeing taxonomy governance and ensure all key media and site stakeholders are following proper taxonomy additions and applicationServing as a knowledge expert for media and site data processes and identifying areas of improvement to ensure appropriate turnaround times and data quality standards are being metEvaluating opportunities for simplification and/or automation for media and site data processesInfluencing teams towards data-informed decision-making and analytical thinkingPromoting a culture of process documentationProviding guidance on process improvements and best practices for data managementCoaching junior team membersAssisting project managers and key project stakeholders in creating effective and achievable project plansWorking closely with other Data and Analysis teams, providing recommendations and direction on visualization of our dataPlaying a key role in defining the technology strategy for data managementEmpowering your team to live the Digitas values to be open, bold, and curiousQualificationsWe're looking for strong, impactful experience, which typically includes5-7 years of applicable experience in analytics with an advertising agency, management consulting company, or ad tech companyExperience managing a teamA four-year college degree; advanced degree is a plusStrong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsPassion for digital marketing, eagerness to learn in a constantly changing space, and a natural curiosityProficient with SQL and data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio)Experience with tools like Alteryx a mustKnowledge of digital data technologies (Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platforms, etc.)Knowledge and experience with Python and/or R a plusExperience working with Google Cloud and AWS a plusComfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentFamiliarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.Got the sparkle? This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
