Parts Counter Associate (Bilingual)

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parts Counter Sales Representative to support a busy parts department at an equipment dealership. This role is ideal for candidates with automotive parts sales experience from retailers such as AutoZone, O'Reilly Auto Parts, NAPA, Advance Auto Parts, or similar parts stores.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist walk-in and phone customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts
- Use computerized parts lookup systems to locate parts , pricing, and availability
- Process customer orders and sales transactions accurately
- Source and order parts not currently in stock
- Receive incoming parts shipments and stock inventory in designated locations
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain organized inventory and accurate parts records
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1-2 years of automotive parts sales experience required
- Experience with AutoZone, O'Reilly Auto Parts, NAPA, Advance Auto Parts, or similar automotive parts retailers strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills and experience using electronic parts lookup systems
- Comfortable assisting customers both in person and over the phone
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Clean background required
