Position Overview

We're looking for a Senior Blockchain Engineer to help architect and build the blockchain products that power our clients' and partners' ecosystems. You'll work closely with product leaders, designers, and engineers to develop smart contracts , decentralized applications (dApps), and blockchain infrastructure that are secure, scalable, and ready for production. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys writing code, making architectural decisions, and taking absolute ownership of products from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Smart Contract Development: Design and develop secure smart contracts and blockchain -based applications.
• Backend Integration: Build backend services and integrations that interact seamlessly with blockchain networks.
• Architectural Leadership: Participate in architecture discussions, help shape technical direction, and identify performance, scalability, and reliability improvements across the stack.
• Engineering Standards & Security: Review code, improve engineering standards, and contribute rigorously to security best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and design teams to turn ambitious ideas into working products.
• Mentorship & Growth: Mentor other engineers, contribute to a strong engineering culture, and stay current with developments across blockchain , Web3 , and decentralized infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with verified professional experience building robust production systems.
• Professional history actively developing blockchain applications or writing secure smart contracts .
• Deep technical understanding of Ethereum , EVM-based networks, or similar blockchain ecosystems.
• Masterful command of Solidity and modern Web3 development tools.
• Ability to make sound technical decisions, work independently, and apply a practical approach to building secure, maintainable software.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Prior experience building DeFi , tokenization, wallet, NFT , or infrastructure products.
• Familiarity navigating Layer 2 networks or cross-chain technologies.
• Experience working in fast-paced startups or highly dynamic product teams.
• Contributions to open-source projects or active participation within the broader blockchain community.
