Lawn Care Crew Member - $24-$26/hr, Year-Round Work (Mowing + Snow)

Mow Bros is hiring crew members for our Bozeman/Belgrade lawn crew. $24-$26/hr to start, paid weekly, full-time hours, Monday through Friday with no weekends, and we keep you working through winter on snow removal. No experience required - we'll train you. All tools and equipment are provided. We also offer paid time off/paid holidays and performance bonuses.

You'll ride with the crew to 10-20 residential properties a day, mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing, and in winter you'll run snow removal routes. We're a small, tight crew where you're not a number, and we promote from within - our crew leads started right where you'd be starting.

• Ride with the crew to 10-20 residential properties a day in Bozeman and Belgrade

• Mow, trim, edge, and blow every property to Mow Bros quality standards

• Seasonal work as needed: fertilizing, mulching, weeding, raking, pruning, and leaf cleanup

• Winter: run snow removal routes - plowing, shoveling, and salting driveways and walkways

• Load and unload the trailer, keep equipment clean, and do basic equipment upkeep

• Mark jobs complete and report any issues in our job-tracking app

• Show up on time, work as a team, and treat every property like it's your own

• No experience required - we train. Lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus

• Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the shop

• Able to work outdoors in Montana weather, on your feet all day, and lift 50 lbs
