Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee is seeking a Program Specialist to screen volunteers and families, interview youth, and manage enrollment for community-based mentoring programs. You will assess needs, propose matches, and maintain thorough documentation to ensure quality, safety, and successful long-term mentor/mentee relationships.
