Signature HealthCARE is seeking an HR Administrative Specialist to perform complex HR functions, support recruitment, records management and benefits administration from Home Office locations. The role involves onboarding, policy development, training and coordination of HR programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, at least two years of HR admin experience, and strong English communication.
