Customer Service Manager

Our client is a rapidly growing warehousing and logistics company providing innovative storage, warehousing, and distribution solutions. They are seeking a Customer Service Manager to own the end-to-end customer relationship process, ensure accurate and timely billing, and drive continuous improvement across service and inventory management. Responsibilities: Lead and develop the Customer Service Account Representatives and Shipping/Receiving Coordinators, fostering a positive, team-oriented culture. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications, including inquiries, quarterly business reviews, and agreement renewals. Monitor daily service levels and resolve customer requests and concerns in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Oversee financial management activities including new account setup, customer billing, and cost controls to support profitability. Track and analyze warehouse and customer activity data (inbounds, outbounds, inventory levels, and turn times) to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in customer service within a logistics or warehouse environment. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Korber/Infios and scheduling tools like Opendock is a plus.
