Our approach combines science-backed technology, personalized programs, and mindset coaching to deliver real, lasting results. We are looking for a skilled Body Contouring Technician to join our team and help clients sculpt, tone, and redefine their bodies with confidence. Job Responsibilities: Perform Non-Invasive Body Contouring Treatments – Operate body sculpting devices such as EMShape, radiofrequency, or other fat reduction and muscle-toning technology. Client Consultations & Treatment Plans – Assess client goals, explain treatment options, and create tailored plans for optimal results. Monitor & Track Client Progress – Record measurements, track results, and make recommendations for continued success. Ensure Client Comfort & Safety – Provide exceptional service by ensuring clients feel informed, safe, and comfortable during sessions. Maintain Equipment & Treatment Areas – Follow cleanliness and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Educate & Upsell Services – Inform clients about additional treatments, packages, and at-home care to enhance their results. Collaborate with Team – Work with the Coastal Tone team to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to a supportive, results-driven environment. Qualifications & Skills: Experience in body contouring, aesthetics, or related wellness/health fields (preferred) Background in fitness, skincare, massage therapy, or medical aesthetics is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills – ability to educate and engage clients. Passion for helping people achieve their body transformation goals .
