Acute Care Physical Therapist | Hospital-Based | Up to $30K in Bonuses | 1:1 Care

Position Highlights

• Acute care at a top South Carolina non-profit hospital system
• Open to new grads, returners, and outpatient PTs pivoting to acute
• Rotate through ICU, trauma, ortho, neuro, post-op, and peds
• Up to $30,000 in combined bonuses
• PSLF eligible
• 1:1 care, 30-min blocks, ~10 patients/day, no double-booking
• Flexible scheduling (4x10s or 5x8s), 1-in-8 weekends, 20 days PTO

About the Role
We're working with a highly respected hospital system to fill a full-time acute care PT position. It's a dynamic, fast-paced role with broad clinical exposure, strong mentorship, and a genuine commitment to individualized care. A great fit for seasoned clinicians and new grads alike looking to build acute care expertise in a low-pressure, high-support environment. Structured orientation and shadowing ensure a smooth transition, and optional weekend PRN shifts are available at $60/hour.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to new grads, therapists returning to acute care, or those pivoting from outpatient
• Team player who values professional growth and meaningful patient connections
