Pay & Benefits

• Compensation: $280/hr to $325/hr (based on location and shift), with sign-on bonuses up to $12,000

What You'll Do

• Provide emergent patient care in fast-paced hospital or freestanding ED settings
• Perform rapid assessments, diagnostics, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, specialists, and support staff
• Write orders for admissions, transfers, and laboratory testing
• Maintain patient safety and comfort, ensuring high-quality care
• Document clinical findings and interventions accurately
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment that emphasizes exceptional patient care
• Adapt to various shift times, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Support hospital goals around trauma, stroke, and chest pain care accreditation where applicable

What You Need

• MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• ACLS, ATLS, PALS certifications (as per specific location requirements)
• Active medical license in the state of practice
• 1-2 years of clinical emergency medicine experience preferred
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments with diverse patient populations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to shift schedules
