Emergency Medicine Physician – Minot, ND / Abilene, TX / Longview, TX

• Hours/Week: 32-36 hours (full-time options)
• Employment Type: Full-time or locum, as preferred
• License/Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine; ACLS, ATLS, PALS (per facility requirements)
• Experience: 1-2 years preferred, but all qualified physicians encouraged to apply

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Range: $300 - $325+ per hour, based on experience and location
• Additional Compensation: Sign-on bonuses up to $12,000, paid travel expenses, shift differentials

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and manage patients in the emergency department in a fast-paced environment
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based emergency care tailored to diverse patient populations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and utilize tech systems like Cerner, Allscripts, or Medhost EMR
• Assist with procedures, diagnostics, and patient stabilization
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety and quality standards
• Lead or support staff in emergency settings, promoting best practice and continuous improvement
• Participate in community outreach and public health initiatives as needed

What You Need

• Current medical license in the state of practice
• Board Certified or Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/BEEM) or equivalent
• Valid ACLS, ATLS, PALS certifications (per location requirements)
• 1-2 years of emergency medicine experience preferred, but recent graduates with relevant training encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
