TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44124!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required. License: Must have a valid Ohio license or a compact state license. Certifications: Current ACLS and BLS certifications required. Must-Have: - Permanent license in hand at the time of application. - Two references from a manager or director in the specialty applying for. - Required certifications must be active with nothing pending. Description: This position is for a registered nurse in the Med/Surg Telemetry specialty. The role requires working night shifts of 12 hours each. Candidates should have a minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. A valid Ohio nursing license must be held at the time of application. Candidates should also have current ACLS and BLS certifications. References must come from assignments worked in the past 12 months. ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation. An acceptable score must be achieved on both assessments to continue in the role. Background checks will be reviewed, and open cases will not be accepted. Candidates must comply with a nicotine-free policy, unless exempt. Completion of additional modules may be required prior to starting in the position.
