Finance Manager

Gwinnett Place Nissan — Duluth, GeorgiaGwinnett Place Nissan is looking for an experienced, driven Finance Manager to join one of the fastest-growing Nissan dealerships in Metro Atlanta.This is an opportunity for a proven F&I professional who knows how to maximize profitability while protecting the dealership, maintaining lender relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The right candidate will be competitive, detail-oriented, compliant, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.ResponsibilitiesManage the customer loan origination and approval process from submission through funding.Structure deals effectively and secure competitive financing options for customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending partners.Present finance, insurance, vehicle-protection, and other dealership products clearly and professionally.Ensure every transaction is completed legally, ethically, and in full compliance with dealership and regulatory standards.Review contracts and supporting documents for accuracy before funding.Maintain accurate reports and monitor contracts in transit.Resolve funding delays, lender stipulations, and outstanding documentation promptly.Meet or exceed monthly finance income, product penetration, and customer-satisfaction goals.Work closely with the sales and management teams to maximize every opportunity without sacrificing the customer experience.RequirementsMinimum of two years of successful automotive dealership F&I experience.Strong working knowledge of automotive lending, deal structure, compliance, and product presentation.Demonstrated ability to produce strong finance results while maintaining high ethical standards.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Self-motivated, competitive, and capable of working independently.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.CDK experience is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.Compensation and BenefitsEarning potential of $150,000+Performance-based bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off401(k) with an industry-leading company matchEmployee vehicle-purchase programOngoing training and career-advancement opportunitiesAbout Gwinnett Place NissanGwinnett Place Nissan is a high-volume automotive dealership serving Duluth and the greater Metro Atlanta area.
