Recruitment Coordinator

Entry‑Level Recruiter Position Title: Recruitment Coordinator Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager Schedule: Monday – Friday, Part‑time FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt (Hourly) Position Summary The Entry‑Level Recruiter is responsible for supporting and managing the full‑cycle recruitment process for a high‑volume workforce. This position plays a critical role in attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will manage job postings, applicant tracking, pre‑screening interviews, offer letters, onboarding coordination, and recruitment reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions. Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, company websites, and recruitment sources. Source candidates through online databases, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct phone pre‑screen and Teams Meeting interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Maintain consistent communication with the hiring managers with the status of the applicant. Hiring & Onboarding Support Prepare and extend employment offers to selected candidates. Generate, distribute, and follow‑up (signed) on offer letters. Ensure that all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately and timely. Partner with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience. Administrative & Compliance Responsibilities Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate files. Track recruitment metrics including time‑to‑fill, applicant flow, hiring trends, and sourcing effectiveness. Assist with recruitment reports. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidates and employee information. Candidate Experience Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers. Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and follow‑up communications. Represent the organization professionally and positively throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Education High school diploma required. Associate’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience Previous recruiting, customer service, administrative, staffing, or HR experience preferred. Experience working in a high-volume environment is a plus. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Ability to handle a high volume of applicants, emails, phone calls, and recruitment activities daily. Performance Expectations Maintain active recruitment pipelines for multiple open positions. Meet hiring and onboarding deadlines. Ensure timely candidate communication and follow‑up. Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment documentation. Support organizational hiring goals while delivering a positive candidate experience. Working Conditions Office environment with extended periods of sitting and computer work. Frequent phone and email communication with candidates and hiring managers.
