Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively search for and engage top talent using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and talent databases.

• Develop and execute creative strategies to attract candidates and build a pipeline of qualified applicants.

• Maintain and update candidate tracking systems (ATS) with accurate information on candidate status and hiring progress.

• Produce regular reports on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and other relevant metrics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
