This is a great opportunity to learn the staffing business at a company that values work/life balance. What do Bilingual Recruiters do? Match qualified candidates with great job opportunities. Develop recruiting strategies for our clients. Translate for applicants and assist them throughout the application process. Establish relationships with customers and associates. Assist with payroll functions. Requirements of the Bilingual Recruiter: Experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service is preferred. We’re happy to train those who have great phone etiquette, enjoy working with people, have good communications skills, self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
