What You’ll Do Identify and connect with talented professionals through networking, referrals, research, and recruiting platforms. Conduct candidate conversations to understand their experience, career goals, and potential fit. Build lasting relationships with professionals across specialized industries. Develop expertise within a specific market and stay current on industry trends. Present qualified candidates and support clients throughout the hiring process. Use recruiting technology and CRM tools to manage candidate pipelines and activity. Collaborate with teammates to deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and clients. Build your expertise across actively hiring sectors such as healthcare, technology, cybersecurity, life sciences, manufacturing, construction and real estate, engineering, supply chain and logistics, marketing and communications, finance and accounting, and other specialized industries.
