Spanish Bilingual Accounting & Property Management SpecialistLocation: Fresno OnsiteSchedule: 8am-5pm M-FPay: $70k - $80k annuallyPosition OverviewOur client is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Accounting & Property Management Specialist to join their growing team. Due to continued business growth and increasing workload, they are expanding their accounting department and adding a second team member to support accounting, payroll, and property management functions.This position is ideal for a highly organized, self-sufficient professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and contributing to the success of a growing organization. While prior property management experience is preferred, training will be provided in that area.Key Responsibilities AccountingMin of 10 years of Accounting experienceManage daily accounting activities using QuickBooksPrepare estimates, invoices, and customer creditsPerform account reconciliationsMaintain accurate financial records and documentationAssist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functionsPayrollProcess payrollMaintain payroll records and ensure accuracyAssist with payroll-related reporting and complianceProperty ManagementSupport management of company-owned propertiesCoordinate tenant communications and documentationAssist with lease administration and property-related recordsHandle property management tasks as assigned (training provided)Required Qualifications Must-Have SkillsQuickBooks experience, including:EstimatesInvoicingCreditsAccount reconciliationsPayroll processing experienceFluent Spanish/English bilingual communication skillsAdditional Qualifications Bachelor's degree requiredStrong organizational skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent attention to detailProfessional communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications#INDHP #J-18808-Ljbffr
