Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse

Pediatric LPN Opportunities – New Hartford, CT | $40/hr

Affirmed Home Care is currently seeking experienced Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for pediatric patients in New Hartford and surrounding Litchfield County towns , including Torrington, Winsted, and Canton.

This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are confident in pediatric care and looking for flexible, consistent per diem work in a supportive home care setting. Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is strongly preferred.

We offer a range of cases with daytime and overnight shifts (6–12 hours) , allowing you to build a schedule that works for you.

$40/hour competitive pay

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of pediatric LPN experience (required)
Active Connecticut LPN license
Current BLS certification (pediatric experience preferred)
Comfortable with hands-on pediatric care (trach/vent experience a plus)
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Authorized to work in the United States
Current medical compliance (physical, PPD/QuantiFERON or chest X-ray)
