Location: Onsite - San Jose, CA Employment Type: Full-time We are hiring an SAP Callidus Workflow Specialist to design, implement, and manage workflows within SAP CallidusCloud. This role focuses on optimizing sales performance, incentive compensation, and related processes. Key Responsibilities: Design and configure custom workflows for approvals, dispute resolution, and plan distribution. Integrate SAP Callidus workflows with ERP and other systems. Optimize existing workflows for efficiency and automation. Collaborate with stakeholders (sales, finance, operations) to gather requirements and provide end-user support. Monitor workflow performance and maintain system integrity. Document configurations and generate performance reports. Required Skills: Expertise in SAP CallidusCloud modules (Sales Commissions, Sales Territory, Workflow). Hands-on experience in workflow configuration and integration. Strong understanding of sales performance management and incentive compensation processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud and Agile methodologies (JIRA). SAP Callidus certifications.
