Senior Specialist, Supply Chain

Identify and resolve shortages, cross-plant issues, and delays within the end-to-end supply chain Develop contingency action plans for potential supply chain disruptions Communicate risks, tradeoffs, scenarios, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership Represent the Global Supply Planning team during operations planning, daily production escalations, senior leadership report-outs, and working sessions Manage and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient product delivery Analyze supply chain data and performance to identify improvement areas Enhance ERP settings and partner with the Center of Excellence on Power BI Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors Develop and implement supply chain strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency Create and maintain detailed supply chain performance reports Collaborate across departments to align supply chain activities with business goals Work on a global team and leverage best practices for personal and team development Requirements 5-7 years' supply chain management experience Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain or Industrial Distribution Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and/or Access Experience developing or operating in complex databases Ability to analyze data and turn data into information and action Ability to apply statistical methods to supply chain and inventory-related concepts, including SPC, Mean Average Deviation, and Standard Deviation Knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP MRP/ERP required Ability to influence and drive accountability across peers and lead cross-functional teams Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills related to complex supply chain models and characteristics Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Excellent decision-making ability APICS certification a strong plus Must not require Entegris immigration sponsorship now or in the future Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in supply chain management, including data analysis, ERP systems, and strategic planning to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
