Restaurant Floor Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Floor Manager for our Manhattan location. This role will need to understand the importance of exceeding guest expectations and have a passion for developing the team.

Floor Manager Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
$5M+ sales experience
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Self motivated
2+ years of experience as an AGM

Floor Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee FOH
Educate FOH personnel in product knowledge and service best practices
Conduct accurate weekly beverage inventory
Be visible and create a hospitable environment for guests
Hold staff accountable for high service standards
