Bench/Support Director Of Dining Services

Working as a Bench/Support Director of Dining Services, you will provide leadership and operational support to Morrison Healthcare accounts throughout the Columbus, GA area. You will assist accounts during leadership openings, transitions, special projects, and other operational needs.

You will lead and support associates, build strong client relationships, and ensure patients, guests, and staff receive excellent food and service. This position offers the opportunity to gain experience across multiple accounts and grow into a permanent leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and operational support to accounts throughout the Columbus, GA area
• Support accounts during leadership openings, transitions, and special projects
• Build strong relationships with clients, customers, guests, and department leaders
• Lead, train, and support frontline associates and management teams
• Partner with culinary leadership to provide high-quality food and service
• Assist with budgets, labor, purchasing, and other financial responsibilities
• Support new programs and operational improvements
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company standards are followed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Three to five years of foodservice management experience
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Experience managing budgets and daily operations
• High-volume food production or catering experience preferred
• Healthcare or contract foodservice experience is a plus, but not required
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field preferred
• Ability to travel locally throughout the Columbus, GA area
• Desire to learn, grow, and advance with a leading foodservice company
