Residential Install Plumber

Job Description:

AP Plumbing is seeking an experienced Residential Install Plumber for their Syracuse, NY , location. In this role, you will be responsible for installing plumbing systems in new construction and residential remodels. From rough-ins to final trim-outs, you'll work closely with team members to ensure quality, code-compliant installations that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Install water supply lines, drain systems, and plumbing fixtures in new and remodeled residential properties
• Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and specifications
• Perform rough-in, top-out, and final plumbing installations
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and building regulations
• Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and other trades on-site
• Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with residential plumbing
• Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

 The starting base hourly range for this position is $25.00-30.00/hr. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
