Operations: Knowledge to create Import files. Understand and use the Transcon DDL workflow and other tools to ensure shipments have the proper events in the files. Ensure to request appointments for shipments delivering to Consignees that need one if no appointment is needed. SFS/CVC no APR Ensure to update appointment once confirmed. APR no APT Ensure to update Expected Delivery date for shipments that do not need appointment based on arrival. ADD/AFD no EDL/APT Dispatch shipments timely based on arrival and appointment. APT/RDL no ESD TBS/DOP no ESD GPS loads and truck monitoring Ensure all paperwork, seals and GPS units are assigned prior to GPS shipments being picked up. Ensure all HAWB’s and shipments are loaded on the correct trucks Adherence to procedures as outlined in DLSOPS for customers. Escalation of problems to Management when necessary. Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and performing the task at hand with outstanding integrity and pride. Meet KPI standards in accordance with the Company’s procedures. Must meet 52 hours of training yearly. Attend branch meetings and accumulate required number of training hours. Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements Six months to one year related experience in Domestic operations.
