Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and texts. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities. Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals. Track activity and report progress toward established objectives. Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures. Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills. High-capacity individual with strong discipline to make a large volume of calls. Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers. Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses. Previous sales experience preferred; experience in the insurance industry is a bonus.
