This role focuses on ensuring processes, systems, and operations align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This hands on position partners with cross functional teams to maintain compliance, support audit readiness, and improve overall quality and risk management practices. You will play a key role in strengthening compliance programs while supporting business operations in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities

• Lead and support compliance programs and initiatives
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies
• Support audit readiness including preparation and follow up activities
• Partner with cross functional teams to address compliance requirements
• Maintain and improve documentation, policies, and procedures
• Identify risks and support remediation efforts
• Provide guidance on compliance best practices

Required Skills and Experience

• 8 plus years of experience in compliance, quality, or regulatory roles
• Experience working in regulated environments
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards
• Experience supporting audits and compliance activities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in technology or SaaS environments
• Familiarity with quality management systems
• Exposure to industry certifications or standards
