Operations Associate, Jackpocket (Part Time)

As an Operations Associate at DraftKings, you'll be at the heart of a fast‑paced fulfillment center, driving the success of our newest digital lottery courier product, Jackpocket. You’ll manage every aspect of the customer lottery ticket order experience and ensure accurate, efficient service for each order and redemption. Responsibilities Manage and process customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions at the local fulfillment center, ensuring accuracy from start to finish. Keep systems updated with real‑time customer order statuses and tracking information. Streamline and organize workflows to meet daily objectives and hit deadlines. Maintain the smooth operation of printing and scanning equipment, ensuring flawless performance. Support various operational projects as they arise, contributing to the team’s overall success. Qualifications Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including weekends and holidays, with a proven track record of reliable attendance. Experience in fast‑paced environments, with a knack for technology and familiarity with common software, including Microsoft Excel. Self‑starter mentality and sharp attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and tackle tasks independently. Exceptional customer service, communication, and time‑management skills. Requirements Physical ability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
