Production Operator $21+/hr + Growth
Looking for a hands-on role with steady hours and room to grow? We're hiring Production Operators for manufacturing and industrial environments. This is a great opportunity for candidates with production, machine operating, construction, warehouse, or mechanical experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Perform quality checks and inspections
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Complete production, packaging, and general labor tasks
- Record production information and maintain documentation
- Assist with basic equipment adjustments and troubleshooting
- Follow safety, quality, and production procedures
- Keep work areas clean and organized
What We're Looking For
- 6+ months of production, manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or industrial experience
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs as needed
- Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Experience That's a Plus
- Machine operating experience
- Forklift experience
- Packaging or assembly experience
- Quality inspection experience
- Manufacturing or industrial experience
- Maintenance or mechanical experience

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
