- Strong communication skills
- Must live in Las Vegas and be able to work in office setting; remote not available
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and be detail oriented
- Ability to work and produce measurable results with minimal supervision; self starter
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s and/or Associate Degree in Business Management or related field
- 1+ years experience working in E-Commerce
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Account Manager position at Lunar Ecom serves as the main point of contact for clients once they complete onboarding and thereafter. The account manager is responsible for the performance of the client’s e-commerce store(s). Account Managers are expected to work with the in-house team as well as contracted service providers to manage store operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Store health and performance
- Prepare reports on account status
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Collaborate with the team to identify and grow opportunities within the scope of our operations and business model
- Contractor management
- Virtual assistant communication and performance management
