This role provides broad exposure across financial reporting, operational accounting, and business partnership within a stable and rapidly growing organization. You'll work closely with leadership to support reporting accuracy, strengthen processes, and drive financial visibility across the business. Responsibilities include:

• Support business unit financial reporting, analysis, and communication with operational leadership.
• Coordinate accounting operations with shared services, including AP, AR, treasury, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Lead key portions of the month-end close process, financial reporting, and account reconciliation activities.
• Assist with budgeting, audits, cash flow analysis, and maintenance of strong accounting controls and policies.
• Partner with sales and operations teams to support customer, project, and ad hoc financial initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 7 years of accounting experience required
• Job costing experience required
• Sales tax experience preferred
• CPA preferred
