Medical Coding Educator & Data-Driven Quality Coach

Humana is seeking a Medical Coder / Coding Educator 2 to identify opportunities to improve provider documentation and craft education plans for assigned providers. The role reports to the Manager, Medicare Risk Adjustment. You will arrange training with providers, analyze coding quality and risk areas, and deliver data-driven educational materials.
