Project Scheduler - Operations Planning Newington, NH Location: Based out of Newington, NH Pay: $100,000-$110,000/yr + bonus opportunities Schedule: Regular business hours Position Type: Direct Hire What You'll Do (Job Duties) Develop and maintain detailed project-level Operational Plans of Work (OPOW) aligned with master, pier, and vessel-specific schedules Support weekly Project Operational Update meetings and maintain accurate locked schedule documentation Identify scheduling deviations and communicate impacts to the Project Master Scheduler Coordinate with Project Management and Supply Chain to address capacity constraints and develop corrective solutions Work with Factory & Sub-System Planning to ensure all planning inputs are reflected in OPOW timelines Serve as liaison between Fleet Operations, engineering teams, and planning groups to ensure synchronized updates Provide project-level schedule reporting including progress updates and variance analysis Support internal and customer-facing reporting requirements What You Bring (Qualifications and Requirements) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marine Operations Management, Construction Planning, or related field 5-10+ years of experience in project scheduling, planning, or coordination Proficiency with Microsoft Project or comparable scheduling tools Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Working knowledge of forecasting and analytical techniques Ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously and identify mitigation strategies Preferred Qualifications Background in construction and/or manufacturing operations planning a plus Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Life and disability insurance options 401(k) retirement savings plan Paid time off to support work-life balance Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Advantage Technical is an equal opportunity employer.
