Pay: $19.00 - $21.50/hour

Schedule: Various Day/Night Shifts

Overview

A growing manufacturing operation is seeking a Material Handler / Forklift Operator to support production and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for moving materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring efficient flow of raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.

Schedule & Shift Information

• Day Shift: 6:50 AM - 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:50 PM - 7:00 AM
• Schedule: Alternating 3-4 day work week (12-hour shifts)
• Full-time hours with built-in days off
• Overtime opportunities available

Key Responsibilities

• Replenish production lines with raw materials
• Remove finished goods from production in real time
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
• Load, unload, and move materials within the facility
• Track inventory and material movement using RF scanners
• Ensure accurate documentation of inventory transactions
• Support cycle counts and physical inventory processes
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of material handling or warehouse experience
• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience (loading/unloading preferred)
• Experience with RF scanners or inventory systems
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making ability
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
