Senior Director of Small and Medium Business Sales

Responsibilities Responsible for effectively directing and monitoring the sales of an integrated communication structure to small to medium business customers in an effort to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives on a consistent basis. Directs and develops Managers/Supervisors in the field operation area. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Manages multiple teams of professionals. Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership in directing sales teams and developing business strategies to maximize revenue for small to medium business customers. Proven ability to manage complex functions and align organizational objectives with corporate goals. Requirements Bachelor's Degree 10 Years + relevant work experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
