Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a dedicated Stepdown unit in Peoria, IL. This travel assignment offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to work with a range of patient conditions, from respiratory to cardiac care. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Care for three patients per shift with a variety of medical conditions
• Implement patient care plans in accordance with medical guidelines
• Administer and titrate IV medications
• Collaborate with PCTs and ancillary staff to ensure patient safety
• Document and verify patient data using EPIC charting system
• Participate in the development of patient care goals

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Active IL RN license or evidence of application
• BLS certification required; ACLS recommended
• ICU/Intermediate (Stepdown) experience with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 3:1 or 2:1
• Experience with trach and vent care in a similar setting
