Gordie Boucher Lincoln of West Allis is looking for a motivated Lube Technician to join our fast-growing service team! This is an excellent opportunity to start or advance your automotive career with a trusted, family-owned dealership that values teamwork, growth, and top-quality service.

As a Lube Technician, you’ll play an important role in keeping our customers’ vehicles in top condition through oil changes, tire rotations, and basic inspections. We’ll provide you with the training, tools, and support you need to build your skills and grow within the Ford network.

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services

• Inspect vehicles for fluid levels, tire wear, and other service needs

• Assist senior technicians with more advanced repairs and diagnostics

• Keep the service bay clean, organized, and safe

• Communicate additional service needs to Service Advisors

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude with customers and teammates

• Previous experience as a Lube Technician or in automotive service preferred (training available for the right candidate)

• Basic mechanical knowledge and eagerness to learn

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
