We're hiring a Nurse Manager who wants a fulfilling leadership role with work-life balance and community impact.

You'll step into an outpatient management role supporting team performance, staff development, and patient care coordination. What makes you a great fit

You're a licensed RN in Massachusetts

You have at least 12 years in a nursing leadership or supervisory role

You've worked in community health or primary care

You lead with clarity, compassion, and structure

You are BLS certified and EMR proficient

You're welcome here if bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole, but it is not required

$91,500$108,000 base salary
