Act as a key representative of The Atlantic District, building meaningful partnerships with local business leaders and clients alike. Requirements Rhode Island Life and Health Insurance License. Demonstrated history of recruiting, training, and mentoring sales professionals. Understanding of agency operations and insurance carrier relationships. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Advanced proficiency in developing sales strategies and driving performance. Prior experience in small business leadership or sales management.
