Solution Architect (AI / Enterprise Systems)

Our client is a rapidly growing AI-first technology company helping enterprises operationalize AI across core business workflows. They partner with organizations across financial services and life sciences to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems, including agentic AI, LLM applications, and large-scale cloud platforms.

With strong backing and over 100 enterprise customers, the company is expanding its North American presence and building a high-caliber team to lead complex enterprise engagements.

What You Will Do

Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand business processes and technical challenges
Design and architect scalable AI-driven solutions across cloud, data, and application layers
Lead pre-sales solutioning, including architecture design, sizing, and technical proposals
Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers from problem definition to deployment
Translate business requirements into secure, scalable system architectures
Partner with global delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across financial services and life sciences organizations
Represent the company's technical expertise in high-stakes enterprise engagements

Ideal Candidate Background

8–15 years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or similar roles
Strong experience working with enterprise customers in financial services or life sciences
Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP acceptable)
Experience designing enterprise-scale architectures across data, AI, and application layers
Proven experience in pre-sales solutioning and technical proposal development
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate complex technical systems into business value

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive base salary: $200,000 – $250,000
Variable compensation (bonus) + equity (ESOP ~$60K–$80K annually)
