Compensation Analyst, HRIS & Analytics

A global building materials company is seeking a Compensation Analyst to manage compensation plans and incentive programs aimed at attracting and retaining talent. Responsibilities include auditing payroll, maintaining HRIS accuracy, and analyzing salary market data. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and 1-3 years of experience in compensation, preferably in a construction or manufacturing environment.
