Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours (06:30 - 17:00) Experience: 2 years of Cath Lab Tech experience required License: State license required for specific certifications Certifications: ACLS, ARRT R, BLS, RCIS (or CCI RCIS) Must-Have: Call required Rotating day off Scrubs provided Description: We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Tech to join our team. The role involves working within the cath lab environment, focusing on various cardiac procedures. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Cath Lab. The position requires knowledge in accessing and managing ports, angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, carotid angiography, and more. Candidates must be ACLS, ARRT R or RCIS, and BLS certified. Experience in diagnostics and interventions in the cardiac catheterization lab is essential. Skills in scrub procedures and maintaining sterile fields are required. Additionally, familiarity with fluoroscopy, patient monitoring, and emergency response is necessary. The ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams is essential for patient care.
