(full-time only) 6 Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 Floating Holiday for full-time employees Up to $5,000 per in tuition/education reimbursement per calendar year for approved program of study Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift 401(k) Retirement plan with company-matched contributions after 1 year of employment Medical (Teledoc Included), Dental, Vision, Life and other voluntary Insurances for full-time employees Have fun with contests and employee appreciation events every month Essential Functions of Activities Assistant Schedule, pre-plan and implement floor activities based on center activity schedule Use monthly calendar ideas to plan and organize special floor activities Prepare special snacks with residents Set up the dining room tables for activities Clean up after all activities Complete required logs and charting Keeping all activity areas clean, safe and free from clutter Assist residents to and from common areas as stated by their care plan Assist other departments with residents as needed and required Weekends, holidays and evenings required Qualifications of Activities Assistant High School Diploma or general equivalency is required 6 college credits in applicable study as required by NCCAP is preferred 500 hours of experience in activity programming is preferred Certification as Occupational Therapy Assistant or NCCAP Certification is preferred Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
