Job Description
Social Worker, ACT Clinician, Outpatient
We are currently seeking three dedicated Social Workers to join our team as ACT Clinicians in Bethel, AK. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals in need of outpatient mental health services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide community-based mental health services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individual treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapeutic services
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
- Advocate for clients and support their recovery goals
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or ability to obtain licensure in Alaska
- Experience working with individuals with severe mental illness preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- $15,000 relocation and retention bonus
