Print Shop Operator Monroe, NC | $19–$21/hr | 2 Days On / 2 Days Off Rotating Shifts (A, B, C, D) Day and Night shift About the Company Join a growing global packaging manufacturer producing plastic tubs and lids in the food and beverage industry. A large production facilityexpanding rapidly and looking for motivated operators to grow with the team. What You'll Do Operate print shop equipment to produce labels and packaging materials to specification Monitor machines during production runs and make adjustments to maintain quality standards Perform routine equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and accuracy requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Document production output and report any defects or equipment issues to supervisors Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures What We're Looking For Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or print environment preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends Team player with good communication skills Schedule 2 days on / 2 days off rotating schedule across 4 shifts (A, B, C, D) - great work-life balance with every other stretch of days off! #J-18808-Ljbffr Autonomy Staffing
