We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of assembly/manufacturing operators while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, quality, and continuous improvement. As a key member of our manufacturing team in our Lithia Springs distribution center, you will work closely across Warehouse, Shipping, and Quality teamss to drive performance, safety, and efficiency. Career growth opportunities Opportunities for overtime Robust benefits and perks package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401(k) Generous Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays What We're Looking For 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments Proven ability to motivate teams, drive accountability, resolve conflicts, and foster team engagement Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand products, components, assembly processes, and manufacturing workflows Experience driving and meeting productivity, quality, and operational performance metrics Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement Ability and willingness to stand or sit for extended periods of time at work Ability and willingness to lift up to 50 pounds to shoulder height at work What You'll Do Hands-On Team Leadership & Production Supervision Provide daily floor leadership and production scheduling for manufacturing and assembly operations Develop, train, coach, and mentor team members to achieve productivity, quality, and safety objectives Meet and exceed all safety and OSHA compliance requirements.
