We currently have a team of five, and we work closely across both offices to create a fun, supportive environment where people feel valued and motivated to grow. I’m a third-generation State Farm agent and have been with the company for 13 years — my first job out of college was working in my dad’s office, and I’ve been building toward agency ownership ever since as an aspirant. I graduated from Capital University where I played football, and outside of work I’m a husband, a dad to a two-year-old daughter, and we have another baby on the way. I’m also in a cover band and love spending time outdoors whenever I can. Community involvement is a big part of who we are. Our office participates in about 12 community events each year, and we love staying connected with the people we serve. For our team, we offer a Simple IRA, $100 per month toward life and health policies, two group life policies, and licensing reimbursement after six months. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
