Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is looking for Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year near Anoka, MN.


We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.


Job Details:

• Position: Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Full-time position , 1.0 FTE (37.5 hours of paid time per week)
• Caseload: Elementary
• In-person ONLY
• Assist with speech and language evaluations, therapy services, and progress monitoring
• Implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
• Collaborate closely with the school-based special education team

Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota SLPA License (License must be cleared, not pending)
• Drug screening and background check required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
