Job Summary

Packaging Operator opportunity available in Mentor, OH for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a shop floor environment. This 12-month contract role offers steady hours, competitive hourly pay, and the possibility of extension for reliable performers.

The Packaging Operator will support recycling, material handling, and caulk out activities while helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area. Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recycling activities, including handling paper, cardboard, bags, and related materials.
- Perform caulk out activities according to established procedures and quality expectations.
- Support general packaging and material handling tasks in a shop floor environment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Follow all company safety protocols, procedures, and attendance expectations.
- Work as part of a team to support daily operational goals and production flow.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $18 to $19.50 per hour.
- Job type: 12-month contract with a possibility of extension.
- Schedule: Morning and afternoon shifts.
- Location: Mentor, OH 44060.
