Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Active Virginia state SLP license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facilities preferred. Experience with dysphagia evaluations and treatment, experience with SNF documentation and Medicare-skilled requirements preferred.

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Shift Hours: . Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week. Contract Length: 13 weeks.
